Facilities Manufacturing Technician
**Location:** Fort Collins, Colorado
Pay:** Starting at **$26/hour** , **depending on experience
**Shift:** **B Shift** — Thursday to Saturday, every other Wednesday (12-hour AWS schedule)
A leading semiconductor manufacturer is seeking a **Facilities Manufacturing Technician** to support cleanroom operations in its Fort Collins facility. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with multidisciplinary technical skills and a passion for safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
+ Support 24x7 cleanroom operations as part of a 12-hour shift team.
+ Maintain and troubleshoot systems including:
+ High-Purity Gas Delivery
+ Ultra-Pure Water Production
+ Waste Treatment & Solvent Recycle
+ Bulk Chemical Delivery
+ Specialty Waste Collection
+ Hazardous Gas Monitoring
+ Follow and help develop safety protocols in potentially hazardous environments.
+ Participate in emergency response teams (HazMat).
+ Perform preventative maintenance and ensure regulatory compliance.
+ Resolve unplanned equipment downtime through advanced troubleshooting.
+ Collaborate with engineering teams to meet system performance standards.
+ Lead or support projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
+ Strong understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
+ Basic knowledge of process controls.
+ Experience handling hazardous materials and following safety procedures.
+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
+ Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
+ Physical ability to:
+ Lift up to 50 pounds
+ Work at heights
+ Stand/walk for extended periods
+ Use PPE including air-purifying respirators
Additional Requirements
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
+ Comfortable working around hazardous chemicals with appropriate PPE.
