    Liberty Healthcare Corporation is now accepting applications for a Program Supervisor position.

     

    This position supervises clinicians; ensures quality care is delivered to inmates in San Bernardino County jails; functions as a member of the management team; fosters program development and the creation and implementation of treatment-related policies and procedures; and provides direct service to inmates.

     

    + Specific duties and responsibilities include:

    + Providing support, direction, clinical and administrative supervision to clinical staff

    + Delivering cognitive-behavioral treatment and psychoeducation to individuals and groups

    + Documenting services on a timely basis

    + Ensuring staff is familiar with clinical and operating policies and procedures

    + Ensuring team members are meeting programmatic duties and responsibilities

    + Working collaboratively with administrative and custody staff

    + Actively participating in and contributing to case conferences and staff and management meetings

    + Providing back-up administrative functions for other clinical staff

    + Contributing to enhancement of the clinical program and policies and procedures

    + Promoting a positive and healthy workplace culture

    + Participating in quality assurance activities

    As a full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare in the Program Supervisor role, you can expect:

    + Starting salary between $102,000 and $112,000 (depending on qualifications)

    You will be required to work in-person on-site at the West Valley Detention Facility in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

    You are a good fit for this position if you possess the following:

    + Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy

    + Professional licensure in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

    + At least two years of experience providing behavioral health services to people who are justice involved

    + Previous supervisory experience or clearly demonstrated leadership and organizational skills

    + Superb clinical observation and interpersonal skills

    + Familiarity with the diagnostic nomenclature outlined in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual

    + Ability to maintain appropriate personal boundaries with clients

    + Ability to form and maintain good working relationships with people of different backgrounds
