Are you an RN looking for an opportunity to do something different and use your knowledge and experience in a non-clinical setting? We are Always Best Care of Greater Orlando! We hire and place loving and competent caregivers with clients who need in-home care services. We are looking for an organized and personable individual to join our team as our Recruiter and Scheduling Coordinator.  This is an in-office position at our Downtown Orlando location (occasional supervisory visits at clients homes will be needed).  Position will begin as Part-Time, with opportunity to become Full-Time.   Position available: October 1st, 2025  3 days per work week ( any 3 days between Monday and Friday 9am-5pm)   Flexible and negotiable    Primary Responsibilities * Answering phones as needed and directing calls to proper channels  * Staffing all in-home care cases and monitoring daily schedules, call-outs, cancellations, etc. to ensure all shifts are covered  * Assisting in interview, hiring and orientation process of caregivers; managing employee on-boarding paperwork and ensuring documents are filed properly and updated as needed   * Understanding of staffing software (prior experience with Well Sky Software a plus) * Providing administrative support to Operations Team and Sales and Marketing Team. Knowledge and Skills Requirements * Must have valid Florida RN License * Must have valid Level 2 Background Check  * Excellent computer skills * Exceptional interpersonal skills * Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Compensation and Benefits  * $28/hour paid weekly * Paid Time Off (PTO) Accrual Program after 90 days of employment * Flexible and Negotiable Hours
