+ Minimum 5 years' experience in an ISO-certified contract job shop, with advanced expertise in sheet metal fabrication and quality systems.

+ Extensive working knowledge of PPAP and ISIR processes, including documentation, review, and direct interaction with contract customers.

+ Proficiency with advanced inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, CMMs), and a strong command of GD&T and blueprint interpretation.

+ Demonstrated experience in leading quality improvement programs and successfully implementing process changes.

+ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to mentor and influence cross-functional teams.

+ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about driving positive change for organizational success.
