    Description

    Robert Half is working with an exciting startup in San Mateo! We are looking for a recent college graduate who is interested in getting professional work experience under their belt. This role requires a diligent and detail-oriented individual who likes working with computers/hardware. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to work on impactful projects within the security industry. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with in-office work.

    Responsibilities:

    + Data collection – capturing 2D images and 3D depth data of real participants and specially crafted props (paper cutouts and lightweight 3D masks).

    + Responsibilities: Assemble and manage props, set up and operate cameras/sensors (sometimes outdoors), guide participants, occasionally wear props, keep records, and ensure data quality.

    Requirements

    + Proven experience in data entry, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

    + Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM tools.

    + Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create positive interactions during live calls.

    + Ability to follow structured processes and maintain consistency in repetitive tasks.

    + Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills to clarify and verify information.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

    + Comfort with in-office work and a willingness to collaborate in person.

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
