Adecco is hiring for a Tool Crib Attendant – Full Time, First Shift
**Pay Range:** $17.00–$20.00 per hour
**Location:** East Syracuse, NY
A well-established manufacturer with over 50 years of experience in prototyping and low-volume machined castings is seeking a full-time **Tool Crib Attendant** for first shift.
Summary:
Responsible for organizing and maintaining the tool crib, including tool presetting, issuing fixtures and gauges, and managing the perishable tool supply to support CNC machining operations.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Set up tooling for CNC machines prior to machine setup
+ Assemble fixtures, gauges, and related equipment for job packages
+ Maintain a tool bill of materials and related databases
+ Coordinate with vendors for perishable tool inventory
+ Load and manage CNC programs, ensuring proper revision control
+ Organize and manage storage of tools, fixtures, parts, and hardware
+ Tear down and inventory tool assemblies after job completion
+ Maintain accurate records and reports
+ Follow all safety policies and housekeeping standards
+ Support ISO quality processes and use of the Syteline MIS system
+ Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
+ Basic math skills
+ Experience using precision measuring tools preferred
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (or equivalents)
Physical Requirements:
+ Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, reach, stoop, kneel
+ Lift up to 35 lbs as needed
+ Visual acuity and manual dexterity required

**Pay Details:** $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
