    Job Title: General Laborer

    Job Description

    The ideal candidate will possess the physical endurance and attention to detail necessary for cleaning windows and building exteriors, utilizing a variety of access methods and equipment. This role involves servicing locations around the state of Indiana, with no overnight stays required, except possibly twice a year.

    Responsibilities

    + Apply cleaning agents to glass surfaces and squeegee or dry appropriately.

    + Use pressure washing equipment for exterior surfaces as needed.

    + Maintain tools and equipment and report issues to supervisors.

    + Comply with all OSHA regulations, company safety standards, and job site protocols.

    + Occasionally transport or work with chemically based cleaning solutions.

    + Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment involves exposure to all outdoor weather conditions, such as rain, shine, heat, and cold. Candidates must be prepared to work from heights, including buildings up to 36 stories. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with optional weekend and night shifts available.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Indianapolis, Indiana.

    The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $37440.00/yr.
