Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team responsible for repairing, maintaining, and improving system components within our facility. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure equipment operates efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

+ Perform **electrical troubleshooting** , including **basic electrical controls** and **circuit analysis.**

+ Use a multi-meter to troubleshoot and read **schematics and symbols** .

+ Conduct mechanical troubleshooting of **hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, and rare mechanical rigging.**

+ Follow preventive maintenance schedules closely to prevent major breakdowns.

+ Implement countermeasure maintenance and conduct root cause analysis of systematic issues.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, including **3 phase motors and controls.**

+ Experience with mechanical troubleshooting of **hydraulics and pneumatics.**

+ Ability to perform preventative maintenance tasks.

+ Knowledge of robotic and **PLC troubleshooting.**

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with electrical troubleshooting of **480v systems.**

+ Familiarity with scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $83200.00/yr.
