    Job Title: Cleanroom Production Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Cleanroom Production Operator who will play a crucial role in assembling cartridges and reagent kit components while adhering to cGMP and ISO standards. You will be responsible for maintaining an organized and safe work environment, independently and as part of a team, ensuring that manufacturing processes are efficient and accurate.

    1st 6am start time $18

     

    2nd 2:00pm start time $19.44

     

    3rd 10pm start time $20.16

    Responsibilities

    + Follow cGMP and ISO standards or guidelines as they apply to manufacturing.

    + Assemble cartridges and reagent kit components.

    + Follow manufacturing SOPs.

    + Organize and maintain floor area and supplies used during work performed.

    + Work independently and as part of an assembly line team.

    + Maintain a safe work environment with respect to chemicals and equipment.

    + Resolve line issues and suggest improvements.

    + Operate all manufacturing line equipment.

    + Adhere to manufacturing schedule and complete manufacturing work orders in a timely manner.

    + Review completed device manufacturing records and work orders, identify and correct errors, and submit finished documentation for quality release.

    + Serve as a role model for cGMP manufacturing.

    + Assist with special projects as requested and perform additional duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in production, fast food, or retail industries.

    + Familiarity with assembly, cleanroom, and packaging processes.

    + Understanding of SOPs and GMP guidelines.

    + Experience with medical device manufacturing.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High School Diploma required.

    + Target applicants with backgrounds in retail, customer service, food service, or production

     

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a cleanroom environment. Personal protective equipment, including gowns and booties, is required.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.16/hr.
