Finance Intern - Summer 2026

What we are looking for:

Aldridge is seeking a Finance Intern to join our dynamic and energetic team. This position is designed to introduce college students to the Aldridge Finance Department. Depending on the group’s workload, the Finance Intern will potentially work on functions such as General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable, and Payroll. The responsibilities may range from basic entry level to more complex analytical projects.

What you’ll do:

Duties include:

+ Helping with accounts payable.

+ Working with payroll.

+ Supporting billing & accounts receivable.

+ Analyzing financial information.

+ Preparing general ledger journal entries.

+ Conducting internal auditing.

+ Assisting the management team with special projects.

Who you are:

We are pursuing candidates with the following qualifications:

+ Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (or possess general accounting knowledge).

+ Enrolled in a college or university.

+ Willing to work in a variety of roles depending on the needs of the department.

+ Solution oriented, problem solver with a hands-on and team-oriented attitude.

+ Organized and have good communication skills.

+ Ability to relate to a diverse group of individuals throughout the organization.

+ Basic computer knowledge.

+ Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above, preferred.

What we offer:

The hourly pay for this role is between $20.00 - $25.00. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, including: location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
