    Porsche St. Paul is seeking a dynamic and experienced Parts Manager to lead our high-performing parts department. You’ll be responsible for:

     

    + Team Leadership & DevelopmentRecruit, train, and mentor a skilled parts team to meet department goals and deliver top-tier service.

    + Customer EngagementResolve customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a premium experience.

    + Inventory ManagementMaintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand and maximize ROI, with a target of 6–8 inventory turns annually.

    + Warranty & Returns OversightEnsure compliance with manufacturer policies for warranty parts and returns processing.

    + Administrative ExcellenceMonitor performance metrics, manage reporting and month-end procedures, and uphold company policies.

    + Facility StandardsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe parts environment that reflects the Porsche brand.

    Who You Are:

    + Proven experience in automotive parts management, preferably in a luxury dealership setting

    + Strong leadership and team-building skills

    + Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication abilities

    + Familiarity with manufacturer warranty and return procedures

    + Comfortable using inventory management systems and interpreting performance reports
