    Farnsworth Group is seeking a Commissioning Specialist – Entry Level - May 2026 in the below posting location. This is a great opportunity for a young engineer looking to develop their career in the field of commissioning, retro-commissioning, design, and energy consulting. Responsibilities entail the support of multiple commissioning projects, retro-commissioning projects, solutions design, and energy audits for a wide variety of clients and facility types.

     

    Posting Location for this role: St. Louis, MO

    Specific Requirements include:

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

    + 0-3 years of experience in a technical consulting field such as facility design, engineering, construction management or related area

    + Knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills

    + Strong background with Microsoft® Office

    + Ability to travel regionally on occasion

    Desired Qualifications Include:

    + Registered EIT

    + Knowledge of HVAC controls

    + Experience with AutoCAD
