    Role Overview

    + Oversee Epic portfolio supporting inpatient Oncology and non-Oncology services across enterprise locations.

    + Manage intake and prioritization for Epic development across inpatient care domains.

    + Lead Epic projects that improve inpatient workflows including documentation, rounding, handoffs, and revenue capture.

    + Collaborate with physicians, nurses, allied health, schedulers, and inpatient operations teams.

    + Drive optimization of patient flow, provider documentation, and patient communications.

    + Coordinate with other portfolios (e.g., imaging, infusion, perioperative) to support transitions of care.

    + Ensure EpicCare Inpatient and Orders functionality is aligned with end-to-end workflows.

    + Guide projects through design, build, review, testing, and implementation.

    + Facilitate governance forums to provide prioritization updates, approvals, and decision-making.

    Key Qualifications

    + 5+ years in inpatient operations or healthcare IT.

    + 2+ years managing Epic projects.

    + PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.

    + EpicCare Inpatient and/or Orders certification strongly preferred.

    Core Skills

    + Strong expertise in Epic Inpatient and Orders, with experience optimizing documentation and workflow efficiency.

    + Ability to collaborate with diverse clinical and executive stakeholders across multiple departments.

    + Skilled in governance facilitation, project risk analysis, and portfolio management.

    + Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder relationship management skills

     

    Pay Range: $149,200.00 - $246,300.00

    FSLA Status: Exempt
