    We are seeking a results-driven **Business Development Team Manager** to lead our team of **Business Development Representatives (BDRs)** in driving pipeline growth for our IT solutions portfolio. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on coaching to ensure our team consistently delivers high-quality leads, meets pipeline targets, and aligns closely with marketing and sales to accelerate revenue growth.

     

    You’ll be accountable for **team performance, pipeline health, and the professional growth of your reps** —playing a critical role in shaping our go-to-market success.

    Key Responsibilities

    Team Leadership & Coaching

    + Lead, coach, and mentor a team of BDRs to consistently meet and exceed pipeline creation targets.

    + Develop individual performance plans and provide regular feedback, training, and career development guidance.

    + Foster a high-performance culture built on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

    Pipeline & Revenue Growth

    + Drive team execution on KPIs such as qualified meetings booked, pipeline generated, and lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.

    + Partner with sales leadership to ensure opportunities are progressing through the funnel and align with revenue goals.

    + Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

    Quality & Process Excellence

    + Implement best practices for lead qualification and pipeline management to maximize conversion rates.

    + Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with targeted outreach efforts.

    + Leverage data to improve lead quality, outreach strategies, and territory planning.

    Talent Development

    + Reduce onboarding and ramp time for new BDRs through structured training programs.

    + Maintain high team engagement and retention through clear career pathing and skills development.

    + Champion diversity and inclusion within the team, ensuring an inclusive and motivating environment.

    Qualifications

    + 5+ years in business development, sales, or related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

    + Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team quota targets in a B2B IT or SaaS environment.

    + Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.

    + Data-driven decision-maker with experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms.

    + Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
