    About the Job:

    As the Loyalty Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies that bring Taco Bell Rewards to life. This role sits at the intersection of brand, digital, and customer engagement - creating culturally relevant campaigns, unforgettable rewards experiences, and omni-channel marketing journeys that drive customer frequency and deepen loyalty. You'll be the go-to expert for loyalty campaign execution and integration across the Taco Bell brand calendar.

     

    This role reports to the Head of Loyalty and is a key driver of one of Taco Bell's most critical business priorities.

    The Day-to-Day:

    + Build and evolve the channel strategy for Taco Bell's loyalty marketing toolkit

    + Serve as the primary loyalty lead across brand and promotional initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate loyalty into the broader Taco Bell ecosystem

    + Lead the planning and execution, of key growth platforms such as Tuesday drops to deliver unique value add experiences for our best customers.

    + Drive promotional strategy - including Mass, Paid Media, Gamified promotions - with full calendar integration

    + Develop and champion omni-channel loyalty experiences, including journey mapping, touchpoint optimization, and E2E campaign strategy

    + Guide brand calendar planning and integration, ensuring loyalty aligns with major marketing campaigns and product launches

    + Create culturally resonant moments and activations within Taco Bell Rewards to build emotional connection with fans and drive brand love

     

    Is this you?

     

    + Experience: 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, loyalty, or brand management, ideally within QSR, retail, or consumer tech

    + Loyalty Mindset: You understand what drives consumer engagement and can translate that into compelling offers and experiences

    + Strategic and Creative: Able to see both the big picture and obsess over the tactical details; you balance data-driven decision-making with innovative thinking

    + Cross-Functional Collaborator: You know how to work with brand, creative, digital product, media, and tech teams to bring campaigns to life

    + Digital Fluency: You understand how digital ecosystems work across app, email, web, and paid media - and how to personalize them

    + Culture Connector: You're tapped into what's relevant, what's next, and what matters to our fans

    + Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (MBA a plus)

    Salary Range: $134,500 to $158,300 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
