• Continuous Service Improvement Manager

    CompuCom (Olympia, WA)


    The Continuous service improvement quality manager maintains account governance of knowledge, tools, processes, training, technician expectations/mentorship with the ability to travel as needed to implement solutions, shadow technicians performance, initiate/document project best practices, maintain Franchisee/Operator relationship's and to provide in-store support as needed. Position requires 15-30% travel.

    Responsibilities:

    + Clarify quality assurance

    + Dedicated technician utilization - shared/dedicated technician time reporting and travel management/behavioral reporting and mentorship

    + Clearvision Mobile Lead Technician Training / net new technician or gaps supplementation Lead Ambassador

    + Lead and grow Ambassador participants, knowledge and engagement

    + Identify root cause of identified issues, report & assist in taking action

    + Customer experience lead

    + Assist with onboarding/training of new hires

    + Understudy for PM activities yearly/annually

    + Relationship management with Operators/staff

    + New Project Roll out Knowledge, technician training, round table, tech talks, pre-calls with technicians, and availability scheduling for dedicated techs

    + Technician mentorship Quality assurance (customer service, culture, relationship building, time management, systems/tool usage) etc.

    + Coordination of physical client visits with technicians, field managers / leads

    + Maintain agenda, resource references, conduct interactive discussions, drive detailed and timely notes

    + Additional program or assigned tasks as needed

    Wage Range:

    The starting salary for this position is **$75,000** annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
