Senior Technician, Warehouse, 1st shift

Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm

As a **Senior Technician, Warehouse,** you will have the ability to perform and master all the warehouse tasks and operation including Shipping, Receiving, Storage, Kitting, Transporting and Inventory control of products. You will have enough expertise to effectively handle any warehouse related tasks as well as drive the Box Truck. You will be a guide and resource for other Associates. The ideal candidate will have experience with a Stand-Up Forklift, SAP, driving a Box Truck, Wave Order Picking, Kitting, and someone who collaborates well with the team!

Responsibilities:

+ Must be able to perform both Receiving and Shipping tasks accurately.

+ Perform inventory cycle counts, logistics, label printing, fulfilling inventory request transfers and coordination with purchasing and/or customer service departments.

+ Drive Stand-Up Forklift and Wave Personal Order Picker.

+ Collaborates with Team; shares relevant information with those who may be affected by decisions. Participates in formal or informal group problem solving for immediate issues.

+ Drive Box Truck occasionally.

You bring:

+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

+ Valid Driver’s License (CDL License w/Hazmat endorsement a plus).

+ 1-3 years’ experience in warehousing and/or distribution, prefer experience with general warehousing/distribution processes.

+ Box Truck driving experience.

+ Experience in biotechnology, chemical or food manufacturing environment.

+ Experience utilizing domestic and international shipping processes.

+ Experience in the use Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) systems.

+ Ability to lift 50 lbs. and experience working within an ISO 9000 and/or GMP environment.
