    Marketing Specialist - Creative Services and Promotions

     

    The Musco Marketing Team is seeking a Marketing Specialist to work from our Corporate Headquarters in Oskaloosa, IA. In the role, you will assist in developing and managing communications, processes, and initiatives that help optimize marketing operations and outreach to deliver effective, timely results. If your experience aligns with the qualifications outlined below, we look forward to hearing from you!

    Essential Criteria:

    + Bachelor-s Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or 2+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    + Experience prioritizing and completing multiple projects, while focusing on details.

    + Proven ability to communicate with various internal and external contacts via verbal and written communication.

    + Strong problem-solving skills.

    + Self-directed to work independently while working as part of a Team.

    + Working knowledge of email marketing and CRM systems, such as Dynamics 365.

    + Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

    + Experience in digital marketing.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    + Innovative problem-solving with a team-oriented mindset.

    + Familiarity with Musco solutions is a plus.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Strategic Communications

     

    + Develop and implement customer communications and campaigns.

    + Tracking and analyzing data to improve and adjust as needed.

    + Assist overall marketing efforts.

     

    Initiatives and Projects

     

    + Coordinate with various internal departments and external resources to ensure successful implementation of projects.

    + Cross-train on others' focus areas to provide support and backup as needed.

    + Other duties as assigned.
