    *How you’ll contribute:*

    A*Clerical Scheduler*who excels in this role:

    • Develops, maintains, and coordinates daily outpatient schedule with physician offices and clinical manager to ensure patient flow

    • Facilitates communications among caregivers, patients and visitors to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information.

    • Performs all clerical/computer functions to support patient care delivery.

    • Stocks unit with office and medical supplies and prepares requisitions to maintain inventory levels.

    • Answers the telephone in a professional manner and directs calls or takes messages.

    • Faxes and photocopies information as requested by staff.
