Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for **First-Line Manufacturing Managers** (Level K) to support the **767 Final Assembly** team in **Everett, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:

+ Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines

+ Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies

+ Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

+ Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

+ Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

+ Manages, develops and motivates employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment

+ 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role

+ 3+ years of experience applying continuous improvement tools and techniques

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)

+ Willing and able to work any shift (may be selected for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ 1+ years of experience managing Key Performance Indicators within Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Manufacturing data

+ 1+ years of experience using Boeing Production System (BPS)

+ 1+ years of experience in aircraft structures manufacturing process (preferably wings)

+ 1+ years of experience with REDARS

+ Commitment to Go for Zero and Incident Injury Free (IIF) principles

Shift:

These positions are for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift and placement will be determined once candidates are selected.

Summary pay range: $115,900 - $134,200
