    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    Join our maintenance department where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical and electrical systems. You will spend 75% of your time on mechanical tasks and 25% on electrical troubleshooting.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform maintenance on hydraulic presses, mills/lathes, and conveyor systems.

    + Troubleshoot and repair low voltage electrical systems on conveyor systems and robotic welder machines.

    + Work with photo eyes and sensors to ensure equipment efficiency.

    + Utilize TIG, MIG, and Stick welding skills for maintenance tasks.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical systems, including motors and hydraulics.

    + Ability to perform electrical troubleshooting with low voltage systems up to 220v, with 480v 3-phase preferred.

    + Experience in various forms of welding.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Basic understanding of blueprints and repair techniques.

    + Experience with hydraulics and mechanical repair.

    Work Environment

     

    Our facility operates with two distinct schedules for 3rd shift: 6:30pm-6:30am or 7:30pm-4:15am from Monday to Friday. The 1st shift runs from 7:30am-4:15pm, Monday to Friday. Join a dynamic team that supports a modern and efficient work environment.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Fairfield, Ohio.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $64000.00/yr.

     

    Candidates are eligible for all benefits including full health, vision, dental, 401k match.

     

    Workplace Type

     

    This is a fully onsite position in Hamilton,OH.
