    QA/QC Analyst – Contract to Hire

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

    What You’ll Do

    + Develop and execute test plans and procedures to ensure product quality.

    + Monitor production processes and identify deviations from quality standards.

    + Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.

    + Review and approve batch records, specifications, and documentation.

    + Collaborate with R&D and production teams to enhance product quality.

    + Maintain compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO regulations.

    + Document and report findings, including defects and corrective actions.

    + Support internal and external audits.

    + Train staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

    What You Bring

    + 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in nutraceuticals or food manufacturing.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Familiarity with FDA, GMP, and ISO standards.

    + Excellent communication and documentation skills.

    + Ability to work independently and proactively in a hybrid environment.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
