    Machine Operator/CNC Manufacturing Technician–FIRST SHIFT

     

    We are looking for a **Machinist/Troubleshooter** to join our team on 1st **shift (7am - 3:30pm).**

    What You’ll Do:

    + **Set up and adjust machines based on blueprints and instructions.**

    + **Help to set up, program and operate a range of machines, including CNC machines, lathes, millers, drills, grinders, cutters, borers, and presses.**

    + **Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary corrections promptly and competently.**

    + Align and position templates, controls, cams, or gears to adjust feed rates, angles, cutting speeds, and depths.

    + Inspect finished products to ensure quality.

    + Choose tools and parts needed for production.

    + Restart equipment after power outages or interruptions.

    What You Need:

    + High school diploma or GED required.

    + **3+ years of Machining experience needed, including your most recent position.**

    + **Hands-on experience with CNC machines. Programming experience not required but a huge plus!**

    + Technical Know-How: Capable of performing machine changeovers and adjustments with precision and efficiency on all machines.

    + Ability to read and understand instruction guides, blueprints and technical documents.

    + Strong math skills to calculate dimensions and tolerances. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and machine maintenance. **Salary/Benefits: $20 - $24/hour (depending on experience).
