    Position Summary

    Perform a variety of tire services and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, including automotive, commercial, off-road, farm, industrial, and mining equipment. This role requires physical strength, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to safety.

     

    Pay Range: $17.00 - $34.00

     

    Commission Eligible

    Responsibilities

    + Provide on-site tire services at customer mining locations, as needed.

    + Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotation, and repair for all tire sizes, including large OTR and mining equipment tires.

    + Operate specialized hydraulic equipment for efficient tire changes.

    + Conduct preventative maintenance inspections on customer equipment, identifying and addressing tire wear, cuts, and other issues.

    + Recommend additional tire purchases, retreads, parts, or services based on customer needs.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area.

    + Adhere to all safety protocols, including MSHA (Mine Safety and Health Administration) regulations.

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Proven experience working with a variety of tire types, including automotive, commercial, off-road, farm, industrial, and mining equipment.

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Valid driver's license

    + Ability to lift and move tires weighing up to 250 pounds with or without mechanical assistance.

    + Strong physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and demanding work conditions.

    + Successful completion of pre-employment drug test, physical, and background check.

    + MSHA (Mine Safety and Health Administration) certification preferred.
