    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Level 5** **Drywall Tapers** for projects located in and around **Lancaster, CA.** This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of **up to $35/hour** based on experience and skill level.     Job Scope:

    + **Precision Finishing:** Apply joint compound and tape to all drywall seams and corners for a perfectly smooth Level 5 finish

    + **Specialized Tool Use:** Operate automated drywall tools such as the Level5 automatic taper for efficient and consistent application

    + **Quality Control & Inspection:** Inspect finished work to identify and correct imperfections, ensuring safety and quality standards are met

    + **Multi-Coat Application:** Apply and sand multiple coats of joint compound for seamless, ultra-smooth surfaces

    + **Work Area Management:** Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

    + **Collaboration:** Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other trades to keep projects on schedule and resolve finishing-related issues

    Requirements:

    + Proven experience as a Level 5 Taper

    + Ability to work efficiently in a team setting

    + Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship

    + Familiarity with automated drywall taping tools preferred
