**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring skilled **Welders** for a project located in **Le Center, MN.** This is a first shift opportunity and the pay range is **$35-40/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are a Welder eager to demonstrate your knowledge and skills while learning new ones, this is your chance to advance in your career!

Job Scope:

+ Perform MIG welding on agricultural equipment

+ Weld on including plows

+ Read and interpret technical blueprints and welding symbols

+ Assist in the fabrication of custom components when required

+ Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards

Requirements

+ Must be able to read and interpret blueprints

+ Ability to fabricate is a plus

+ Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively
