If you are motivated and work hard we will provide you with what is necessary to succeed.   What We Offer * Comprehensive benefits package Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance * PTO * 401(k) retirement program * Comprehensive Training program * Expanding service department * We promote from within * Opportunity to have a position with a lucrative career * Collaborative, positive team environment   Responsibilities * Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards and Toyota time guides * Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment - complete multi-point inspection * Performs advanced maintenance and repairs on vehicles,diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical issues including engine & Transmission repairs. * Communicates directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs. * Executes repairs under warranty to Toyota specifications with accurate notes and pictures keeping in mind-fix it right the first time. * Take manufacturer training to excel in diagnosis and repair of gas, hybrid and electric vehicles   Qualifications * Experience as an automotive technician * Must be able to diagnose and repair withing automotive time table guidelines. * Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent * Problem solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues. * Basic Computer skills * Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality * Enjoy working in a fast paced environment * Excellent oral and written communication skills with attention to detail * Team player * Must have a valid driver’s license- clean driving record * Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications * Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
