*About The Role* We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented*Senior Financial Analyst*to join our Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. In this strategic role, you will drive company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting to support executive decision-making. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain executive-level exposure, contribute to Board and investor materials, and help shape the financial direction of the company. Our Employee Resource Group program, Employee Recognition program, and 3D Gives Back program, are just a few examples of how you will be empowered to build connections, celebrate wins, and make a meaningful impact. *What You’ll Do* * Play a key role in Consodidatedfinancial reporting and analysis by ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful deliverables that guide strategic decisions. * Collaborate with corporate functions (HR, IT, Legal, etc.) to provide financial support, identify spend trends, and strengthen forecasting accuracy. * Support the monthly and quarterly forecasting, close, and budgeting processes, offering clear variance analysis and actionable recommendations. * Streamline reporting packages in partnership with FP&A peers, enhancing the quality and efficiency of executive and earnings materials. * Contribute to Board of Directors presentations and earnings call prep, translating complex financial data into meaningful executive content. * Champion process improvements across FP&A, focusing on automation, standardization, and scalable reporting tools. * Work cross-functionally with Finance and Controllership teams to support long-range planning and business modeling. * Enhance Power BI dashboards and data visualizations, helping to deliver smarter, faster decision-making tools. * Develop financial models for scenario planning, capital allocation, investment analysis, and ad hoc decision support. * Support special projects and strategic initiatives, including M&A analysis, investor relations requests, and enterprise-wide planning efforts. *What You’ll Bring* * Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred * 5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis roles * Proven financial modeling and Excel expertise; Power BI, Hyperion, or other FP&A systems experience a strong plus * Familiarity with Oracle, Noetix, or similar ERP/reporting tools preferred * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills—able to translate complex data into clear insights for leadership * Experience working in a public company or investor-facing environment is a plus * Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic setting * A collaborative mindset, growth orientation, and eagerness to make an impact. **Title:** *Senior Financial Analyst – Corporate FP&A * **Location:** *SC-Rock Hill* **Requisition ID:** *2500009K*
