    Job Description

    This position is ideal for a business analyst with a desire to work in a multi-service environment to that enables the customer to operate with efficiency and effectiveness. These services include administrative functions, specialized professional expertise, financial and marketing support, program management, and other operational capabilities critical to mission success.

     

    Primary work will be delivered through shared services that span product teams, promoting consistency, resource optimization, and cross-program alignment to ensure streamlined execution across the broader mission portfolio.

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    + Must be a strong written and verbal communicator

    + Knowledge sharing through COP

    + 8 years Agile/ART management work experience

    + 8 years change management, calculating ROI, and content design

    + 8 years of documentation to include:

    + Briefing documents

    + Business diagrams

    + Meeting minutes of technical exchange meetings

    + Guidelines and templates

    + Operational control procedures

    + Network & Security monitoring experience

    + Helpdesk support experience

     

    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

     

    Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in one of the following areas: Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, and Computer Science from an accredited university/college.

     

    Minimum/General Experience: Recent work experience as a senior-level or technical lead in a related position on a major program, project, or activity. A minimum of seven (7) years recent experience in the direct performance of a major program, project.

     

    Pay Information

     

    Full-Time Salary Range: $115779 - $196825

     

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
