Job Description:

We are looking to hire an onsite Printer Technician in the Maplewood, MN area.

-Installing, configuring, and maintaining printer hardware and software

-Monitor network performance and maintain network security settings for printers and PCs

-Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues reported by end users

-Update printer drivers using Printer Logic

-Using WebJet Admin on a daily basis

Skills and Requirements

-4+ years of experience working with printers

-Experience with printer software solutions like HP Security Manager, HP Web JetAdmin, PrinterLogic (print driver management), or similar tools

-Experience changing and managing print driver profiles, settings, scripts

-Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools

-GREAT customer service experience as this role is onsite and customer facing -Familiar with HP's universal print driver (UPD) null
