    Insight Global is seeking a Litigation Secretary for a law firm based in Los Angeles, CA. This person will assist attorneys and paralegals through the performance of complex secretarial and clerical duties requiring knowledge of legal terminology and the legal process.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Secretary shall possess a minimum of 2 years' experience as a secretary in a law firm practicing Litigation/Labor & Employment.

     

    - Requires excellent clerical skills and knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation.

     

    - Shall be proficient in the use of MS Office and knowledgeable in other related software, including but not limited to: iManage, Best Authority, Adobe, LawTime, etc.

     

    - Must have complete knowledge of court rules in state, federal, and appellate courts in connection with filing of various pleading documents.

     

    - Must also be familiar with filing and serving document time constraints for both federal and state courts. null
