Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a highly skilled and experienced technical business analyst to work with business team and DT domain leaders to propose & validate solutions that provide added value for the business. You would be responsible for wing-to-wing execution of technical projects to deliver high quality outcomes to internal and/or external customers. You would deliver a clear and descriptive set of requirements to enable the delivery of the products features and functionalities. You would define priorities, plans requirements, monitors execution and ensures results including expected business benefits realization. This candidate would work with technical teams internal and external to the initiative to ensure outcomes delivery on time, within scope and budget and of desired quality as well as ensuring project management practices are followed and improved as needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, business acumen, and a robust sense of business analysis. With the development of AI, the future business analyst needs to have a clear appetite for this new technology.

Pay range between 15-20/hr USD.

Skills and Requirements

IT University degree or equivalent experience.

Proven experience (7 years+) in leading due diligence projects, preferably in the context of tendering, sales and risk management processes.

Able to lead early-stage customer interactions; should have the ability to influence without authority.

Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in working with ALM/product requirements management tools like Rally, Jira, and others.

Stakeholder engagement skills Relevant certifications in business analysis, project management, or related fields null
