Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and driven New Product Introduction (NPI) Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams through the successful launch of new consumer electronics products. This role is pivotal in aligning support, launch plans, warranty packaging, and refurbishment strategies to ensure seamless product delivery.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including support, packaging, warranty, and refurbishment.
- Drive project timelines and ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication across teams and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple workstreams within a single product launch program.
- Track performance metrics and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Skills and Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, especially in hardware product launches.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience managing consumer electronics or similar hardware products - Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) null
