Job Description
Responsibilities Include
+ Manage a team of contractors while serving as the key liaison to DIA Government Staff.
+ Collaboration with OSINT Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the DIA OSINT Program and throughout the wider DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), and Five Eyes (FVEY) nations.
+ POC to the Government, providing leadership and guidance for contractor personnel assigned to the OSINT Policy & Governance Support Team.
+ Responsible for quality and efficiency of team s operations.
+ Represents Leidos to Government Staff.
+ Responsible for on time delivery of team s contractually required programmatic artifacts.
+ Optimizes use of all team s resources to enhance mission efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Required Experience, Skills, And Education
+ 12 years' experience in policy development, coordination, and compliance, preferably within government or intelligence settings.
+ Education requirement: MS in Public Policy or Law
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Experience with working in a dynamically evolving environment as a member of a diverse, collaborative and often dispersed team
+ Experience creating policy based on DoD and IC manuals and directives.
+ Familiarity with the Defense Open Source Council.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $130355 - $221603
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
