Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Functional Business Analyst. In this role you were be responsible for gathering, analyzing, writing, reviewing, and maintaining business and technical requirements and related artifacts for healthcare insurance related application development initiatives, while collaborating with team members. Assisting with a technology transformation from legacy systems to a modern SaaS solution vendor. You will be partnering with them and your internal stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements

• Strong skills with documenting requirements

• Serve as a Laison between vendor and stakeholder

• Passion for dissecting things, gathering requirements, familiar with scrum, knowledgeable of technology products.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• At least 5-8 years in a recent senior level Business Analyst role

•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

•Competence in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Teams

•Experience using software to support and manage the Software Development Lifecycle (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.)

•Experience with Requirement Management Software preferred (e.g. JAMA, Rally, etc.) - Relevant professional Business Analysis Certification(s) preferred null
