• Field Service Tech III

    Job Description

    + Responding to associate service calls to troubleshoot the nature of reported problems and take necessary steps to resolve those problems;

    + Build and configure PCs and laptops as well as loading software;

    + Trace cabling between workstations and communication closets ;

    + Performs other related duties as assigned;

    + Demonstrate customer service and technical knowledge gained from prior experience, to resolve issues surrounding installation, usage, and training on software and/or hardware products.

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    + High School Diploma with 2 years experience

    + CompTIA Network and A Certified or equivalent experience

    + Required Skills to include Troubleshooting skills for applications running on windows based platform (office, browsers, printers, etc.)

    + Experience with HP/Dell laptops, tablets and desktops running Windows 10 and Windows 11

    + Experience with Microsoft server software

    + Experience troubleshooting Network connections while working with a remote team.

    + Experience with packet capture (Wire Shark, ETC)

    + Experience with Microsoft AD

    + Excellent customer service skills

    + Knowledge in Asset Management

    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

    + Proven experience in an administrative and support role;

    + Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;

    + Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communications skills;

    + Ability to successfully prioritize service issues based on multiple competing objectives

    + Ability to routinely multitask and reassign priorities;

    + Ability to exert energy up to 20 pounds of force occasionally or an eligible amount of force to lift, carry, push or pull objects;

    + Ability to be mobile to provide support throughout the facility and offsite offices.

     

    Pay Information

     

    Full-Time Salary Range: $56195 - $89912

     

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
