Customer Service Specialist – Aerospace Industry

Full-Time, Consultant (6 Months) | Lenexa, KS | $17–$19/hr

PDS Tech Commercial, partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking a **Customer Service Specialist** to join their team in **Lenexa, KS** . In this role, you’ll be the voice of the company—resolving inquiries, supporting customers, and ensuring satisfaction every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

As a **Customer Service Specialist** , you will:

+ Communicate with customers via phone and electronic channels to provide information, resolve issues, and address complaints.

+ Use product and organizational knowledge to handle complex inquiries and follow up with solutions.

+ Document customer interactions and develop resources to address recurring issues.

+ Research and recommend information sources to meet customer needs.

+ Coordinate with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, and other departments to expedite shipments and resolve concerns.

+ Support the sales team with customer inquiries and identify inside sales opportunities.

+ Provide after-sales support and serve as a liaison on product status and delivery.

+ Analyze customer service trends and provide feedback to improve service quality.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma/GED.

+ 1–2 years of prior customer service experience.

+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.

+ Proficiency with common computer applications. **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.**

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in a call center or customer support role.

+ Knowledge of aerospace products and/or industrial environments.

**Pay Details:** $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
