As a part of the Data Guru consultancy team, you have an integral role in Acxiom’s growth. The Data Guru team focuses on how clients can best utilize Acxiom’s third-party data to reach new prospects on digital platforms. Familiarity with third-party data and optimizing digital campaigns to help Acxiom’s clients, agencies, and platforms find the right audience strategy for their campaigns.

Internship details:

+ This internship opportunity will begin on January 20th, 2026.

+ This internship will be in Conway, AR.

+ 40 hours/week work dedication during summer and breaks, 20-25/week during the semester

+ Anticipated graduation date between December 2026 - May 2027.

What you will do:

+ Drive the use of Acxiom’s third-party audiences in digital campaigns through consulting with clients and key internal stakeholders.

+ Provide strategic feedback, participate in brainstorming and discussions to encourage strong campaign audience strategies.

+ Contribute to the end-to-end audience-creation process using Acxiom’s distribution tool for associates and clients.

+ Collaborate with marketing on external and internal collateral including blogs, video blogs, one-sheeters, and thought leadership articles.

+ Assist with end-to-end documentation process of audience distribution processes and best practices.

What you will need:

+ Bachelor’s degree and/or working towards attaining a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising entrepreneurship, etc.

+ Strong creativity, multi-tasking, and critical thinking skills through collaboration

+ Ability to effectively communicate across internal teams (account owners, product, and engineering, legal, accounting, marketing)

+ Self-motivation to quickly learn and understand Acxiom’s digital products and the third-party ecosystem to become a subject matter expert.

+ Excitement to understand the latest marketing trends and learn innovative technologies, products, and ideas.

+ Proven history of meeting/exceeding goals and tight deadlines, with strong attention to detail.

+ Enjoy working as a high-functioning team!

+ An ability to establish strong relationships with other associates and clients through excellent communication skills.

+ 1-2 years of related work or internship experience – including campaign management, exposure, or experience in social and DSP/SSP platforms.

+ Energy and passion to drive joint success.

+ Extreme organizational skills.

+ Excellent written and oral communication skills
