Associate Creative Director Experience

As an Associate Creative Director Experience (Lead Designer, Product Design), you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of innovative digital experiences. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to create impactful, user-centered solutions. Your expertise in product design, design thinking, and creative leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of digital products and services.

Your Impact

+ Lead the end-to-end design process, from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality, user-centric experiences.

+ Define and drive the product design vision, aligning with business goals and customer needs.

+ Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.

+ Mentor and lead a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

+ Advocate for design thinking and human-centered design principles, ensuring a seamless user experience.

+ Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and optimize product performance.

+ Establish and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency across digital platforms.

+ Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product design.

+ Present and communicate design strategies and recommendations to executive leadership and clients.

Skills & Experience

+ 10+ years of experience in product design, user experience (UX), and digital design.

+ Strong expertise in design thinking, user research, and human-centered design principles.

+ Proven track record of leading and delivering successful digital products and experiences.

+ Experience working in agile environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

+ Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.

+ Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

+ Ability to translate business objectives into compelling design solutions.

+ Experience in mentoring and managing design teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

+ Knowledge of front-end development, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
