    This position will learn and apply technical skills, under general supervision, by conducting market data research, field title interviews, minimum damage acquisition/appraisal reports, relocation, property management and direct purchase tasks.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Two years of experience in the Real Estate Field which include at least some of the following aspects: direct purchase and relocation process and procedures, real estate law, eminent Domain, land and/or building sales, titles, closing sufficient to estimate value or damages, and prepare appraisal reports.

     

    Note:** A bachelor’s degree in the field of real estate, business, economics or related may **substitute for one year of experience.

     

    + **Must possess a valid Class D Driver’s License**

    + **Notary Public, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire**

    Preferred Qualifications

    + **Possession of a Real Estate License**

    + **Current Notary Public**

    + **Possession of Minnesota Real Estate Appraisal License**
