As a Staff Accountant, you’ll work in a collaborative environment where your attention to detail and analytical skills will help shape our financial operations and support strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do

Reporting directly into the Accounting Manager this role is responsible for:

+ Monitor daily receivables and disbursements to support cash forecasting

+ Reconcile monthly cash and accrual accounts (e.g., credit card fees, in-transit transactions)

+ Analyze bank statements and general ledger transactions

+ Prepare journal entries across multiple accounts and business units

+ Assist with month-end close and internal/external audits

+ Generate ad hoc reports and financial analysis for leadership

Your profile

+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

+ 2+ years of accounting experience (corporate or public)

+ Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)

+ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills

This position has a salary range of:

$50,100.00 - $75,100.00
