Your role and responsibilities

IBM Consulting Hybrid Cloud & Data Go-to-Market (GTM) Hybrid Integration Service (HIS) plays a strategic role in aligning technology integration with business objectives, particularly in support of offerings related to the Integration of IBM Consulting service for Mulesoft, Boomi, WebMethod, IBM Cloudpack for Integration (IBMCP4I) as major products, and pre-sales and pipeline development. This role bridges the gap between integration and technical architecture, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability across platforms and ecosystems such as SAP, Salesforce, Mulesoft, IBM Technology, and Red Hat.

Hybrid Integration Strategy & Architecture

* Design and implement scalable hybrid integration solutions of IBM Consulting that support GTM initiatives, pipeline growth, and sales closer support.

* Provide technical expertise to the offering team for enterprise integration patterns using APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

* Ensure alignment of integration architecture with consulting business goals and IBM Technology products.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Work closely with the global offering team, assets, accelerators, IBM technology products, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to understand GTM requirements.

* Translate business needs into technical specifications for hybrid integration services

* Coordinate with IBM Technology, Mulesoft, and other vendors and third-party platforms to ensure compatibility and performance.

Technical Thought Leadership

* Lead the design and deployment of integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, IBMCP4I, WebMethod, Apache Camel).

* Provide mentorship to junior architects and engineers.

Governance & Compliance with Consulting (America cross, Market Leader, Global Offering team)

* Maintain a regular cadence with Goto Market for Hybrid Cloud & Data market leaders to ensure a healthy pipeline and high conversion rates between opportunities and sales closers.

* Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across integrated systems.

* Maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flow models, and integration standards.
