About the Role:
As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building.
The Workplace Experience Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of community events, internal projects, and facility operations. This position ensures excellent customer service, smooth event management, accurate processing of invoices, and effective coordination of supplies and facility needs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about community engagement.
What You’ll Do:
•First point of contact for all those entering the facility. Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Issue visitor and parking passes and follow security protocols.
•Plan, coordinate, and support the execution of events and programs at the facility, ensuring alignment with community and organizational goals
•Maintain the Roosevelt Hall events calendar and assist with scheduling, setup, and breakdown of events
•Coordinate walkthroughs with event organizers and ensure all logistics are communicated and executed efficiently
•Manage vendor communications and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
•Track and report event expenses, supply needs, and other operational data
•Maintain an organized inventory of office and event supplies; reorder materials as needed
•Support marketing and communication for Roosevelt Hall events and services
•Ensure public areas are clean, stocked, and ready for daily operations and events
•Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support Roosevelt Hall initiatives
•Assist with general administrative tasks and documentation related to events and operations
•Set up event equipment, tables and chairs for events
What You’ll Need:
•Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
•Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, event coordination, or project support
•Strong organizational and time-management skills with a high attention to detail
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
•Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools
•Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
•DocuSign experience a plus
