Job Summary:
Join a dynamic rehab team where your skills make a real impact! As a PTA, you’ll work side-by-side with licensed Physical Therapists to help patients regain mobility, independence, and confidence—all while keeping the energy high and the care top-notch.
What You Will Do:
+ **Support patient recovery** by delivering hands-on therapy and exercises prescribed by the Physical Therapist.
+ **Track progress** with clear, timely documentation and standardized assessments.
+ **Educate and empower** patients and families with home exercise plans and care tips.
+ **Collaborate and communicate** with your team during care planning, discharge prep, and team huddles.
+ **Stay sharp** by participating in performance improvement initiatives, accreditation readiness, and ongoing training.
+ **Keep it moving** —literally! Help maintain equipment and report any issues.
What You Will Need:
+ **Education** : Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
+ **License** : Active PTA license in the State of Indiana.
+ **Experience** : 1–2 years in a clinical setting preferred (but we love fast learners too!)
