**Our client, a professional services provider, is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join their team.** As a Bilingual Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Administrative Department supporting the Operations and Human Resources teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to take initiative, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
**Location:** MN, Little Canada
**Pay Range:** Up to $22.48/hour
What’s the Job?
+ Provide general administrative support including document creation, data entry, filing, and managing correspondence
+ Assist with onboarding processes including preparing new hire packages and scheduling appointments
+ Coordinate office services such as supply ordering, record keeping, and calendar management
+ Respond to internal and external inquiries professionally and promptly
+ Support invoice processing, expense reporting, and general office operations
What’s Needed?
+ High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
+ Minimum of 4 years administrative experience in a professional office environment
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
+ Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
