Our client, a national leading organization specializing in the retail manufacturing industry, is seeking several Warehouse Machine Operator / Packers to join their team on both the 1st and 2nd shifts. As a Machine Operator / Packer, you will be part of the production department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Warehouse Machine Operator / Packers

**Location:** Hopewell Junction, NY

**Pay Range:** $17.00/hr for 1st Shift

$18.00/hr for 2nd Shift

**Shift:** 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

2nd Shift:: Monday-Thursday 3:00pm - 1:45am

What's the Job?

+ Operate, maintain, and monitor automated or manual equipment to sharpen and buff machinery parts to specified standards

+ Set up machinery and load/unload workpieces efficiently and safely

+ Perform quality control checks to ensure product sharpness and precision

+ Maintain equipment and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

+ Support production goals by following established procedures and standards

What's Needed?

+ 1-2 yrs of prior warehouse experience required; training will be provided

+ Ability to operate machinery and follow safety guidelines

+ Strong attention to detail and focus on quality

+ Good communication skills and teamwork orientation

+ Availability to work scheduled shifts on weekdays
