Our client, a leader in innovative delivery solutions, is seeking a Drone Flight Support Assistant to join their team. As a Drone Flight Support Assistant, you will be part of the Flight Operations team supporting drone delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Drone Flight Support Assistant

**Location:** Pontiac, MI

**Pay Range:** $24/hour

What's the Job?

+ Support daily drone delivery operations by handling and organizing equipment, including batteries and related components

+ Monitor airspace in the area of operations and report any potential hazards or obstacles

+ Assist with basic warehouse tasks including inventory management and package preparation

+ Execute standard operating procedures while maintaining safety and compliance standards

+ Engage positively with community members and address basic inquiries about operations

What's Needed?

+ FAA Part 107 license strongly preferred

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Basic mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting skills

+ Experience with basic documentation and reporting

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

+ Strong attention to safety and ability to follow detailed procedures
