Director, Revenue Operations Program Delivery
Job Description:
Sage is seeking a Director to lead the deployment and operational delivery of global Revenue Operations methodology (i.e. SIGMA) and to drive program governance and discipline across the RTR P&P organisation. P&P drives go-to-market effectiveness through scalable planning models, unified analytics, and performance cadences. This role will lead the day-to-day execution of P&P (i.e. SIGMA) programs across regions, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and establish repeatable processes that elevate operational rigor across the RevOps organization.
This is a high-visibility, hands-on program leadership role. The successful candidate will bring strong executional discipline, stakeholder engagement skills, product ownership knowledge, and the ability to translate strategy into structured action. While strategic input is encouraged, the emphasis is on delivering defined outcomes and supporting the VP in maturing operational excellence globally. This role will act as the backbone of the RTR P&P organization, ensuring that the team operates smoothly and effectively, and that ongoing business-critical initiatives (i.e. SIGMA) are delivered efficiently and aligned with business goals.
This role is hybrid with 3 days in office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organizing and facilitating roadmap planning workshops/sessions for initiatives within P&P team.
• Lead phased roll-out of SIGMA and other prioritized initiatives across global regions, using a structured deployment model.
• Manage the day-to-day coordination of cross-functional workstreams and delivery milestones.
• Support program governance, tracking, issue resolution, and communication across teams.
• Drive consistency in execution across geographies, working with central and regional teams.
• Build and manage lightweight tools and dashboards to track delivery status and team performance.
• Work closely with VP RTR P&P to translate strategy into actionable plans and align resources accordingly.
• Facilitate regional alignment workshops, status reviews, and cadence check-ins.
• Promote best practices in program delivery, documentation, and continuous improvement.
