Job Title: Associate Data Analyst

Department: Information Technology

General Function

An entry level data professional contributing to the design of data models and databases, data quality, and the effective acquisition, integration, management and communication of data and metadata, under supervision.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

+ Analyze media, marketing, and customer data to uncover opportunities and measure performance

+ Build and maintain scalable pipelines and transformations using BigQuery , Dataform , and Google Cloud

+ Develop dashboards and reports that connect marketing investments to business outcomes

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and deliver data-driven recommendations

+ Able to piece together data from unknown sources or domains on their own.

What We’re Looking For

+ 3+ years of experience in data analytics (marketing, retail media, or customer analytics preferred)

+ Strong SQL skills ( BigQuery experience a plus)

+ Familiarity with Python for analysis and automation

+ Experience with version control and collaboration tools such as Git/GitHub for managing analytics code

+ Experience with Power BI

+ Come to the table with proposed solutions before actively developing a feature or request

+ Ability to translate business questions into technical solutions and communicate results clearly

Experience and Education

Bachelor degree preferred, or relevant experience.

Physical Requirements

+ Visual requirements include: ability to see detail at near range with or without correction.

+ Must be physically able to perform sedentary work: operating a computer, occasionally lifting or carrying objects of no more than 10 pounds, and occasionally standing or walking.

+ Must be able to perform the following physical activities: meeting with customers, kneeling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.

Working Conditions

The duties for this position are performed in a general or remote office setting. There is weekly pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a day.
