    THE POSITION

    Join our dynamic team as the Executive Director of Quality and Accreditation, where you'll lead transformative initiatives to enhance operational excellence and ensure compliance with industry standards. In this pivotal role, you'll drive strategic quality improvements, foster a culture of continuous learning, and uphold the highest accreditation standards. If you are a visionary leader with a passion for quality, accreditation and a commitment to excellence, we invite you to make a significant impact with us. Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Information Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education required. Master’s Degree is preferred. 3 years of prior experience in a similar role with a similar scope is preferred; 3 years of experience working in the healthcare industry with leadership training, classes, or experience required. Appropriate professional leadership (i.e., CPHQ, CPPS) certification required (within 2 years if not currently certified) or within 1 year of eligibility for professional certification. Other: Thorough knowledge of nursing standards, principles and procedures; experience with successful development of a professional practice model; successful demonstration as a change agent; good interpersonal skills; computer knowledge.
